Hello My name is Rodrigo Silva. I started this company in 2008 when Things were not the best for employees. I grew up in construction from Tile , Renovation , Handyman , Landscape ETC. My Father and his Father were Engineers. Building is rooted and I have a insatiable hunger for knowledge . I didn't make money for over 6 years but I always got better and learned. Having the right mentors was key also I bought my first home at 23 and several later started building new homes for myself. So you will know when someone does something because they want to and not have to . I am in Real estate and in process of getting my GC License . I Love it when people have High standards, as do we. Concrete has to be my favored trade.

We Love building ICF homes ( Insulated Concrete Forms ), concrete flatwork and also have successfully completed a great deal of commercial Concrete Saw cutting. We have yet to fail a inspection or deadline . In this picture the GC spray painted the lines , We then went through and snapped lines then clear painted to ensure a quality cut. This product is D.O.D blast proof certified . A 50 cal BMG did not make it through a test wall. 13" thick R54 basement and main floor is 11" R49 Thermal mass
ICF Home close to completion
Saints are Certified ICF installers . We absolutely love this product , its almost 3 times more energy efficient than traditionally built homes . In Canada almost all of the homes built in rural areas use this product .60% of basements are typically done with ICF and 40% complete homes. We also have roof options as well as floor joist systems .
